It’s basically like a courting process, like hunting women. Most of the time it’s a hassle. And you feel you’re not really getting as much as you should, and you’re unsatisfied. And from time to time there doesn’t seem to be anything you can do. Of course from time to time you connect. The time you don’t connect, you just kind of scratch.
– Leonard Cohen (on songwriting)

I love this quote! Thank you so much. Most of time when I try to write a song I feel so unsatisfied. Do you write songs?
So is poetry writing, but songs are poems with melody so the process is basically the same.
Some poems reveal itself title first, some in complete thoughts, some fleeting and fast to take form, but some takes years to compose.
But what I know is that poetry always speak the language of the heart.
I wish you well.
